Teachers applying for our core subject areas English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Arabic, Qur'an, and Islamic Studies must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree. A bachelor's degree is not required for Teacher Assistant or Substitute Teacher positions.

We are committed to the ongoing professional development of our staff. Monthly professional development days, seminars, and workshops provide opportunities to strengthen instructional skills, stay current with curriculum updates, and explore innovative educational practices, policies, and research.

Minimum Requirements

All employees at Almadina Academy are expected to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Demonstrate strong moral character, professional integrity, and a commitment to ethical educational practice.

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States and have a valid Social Security number.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the English language (required for all academic subject teachers).

• Previous experience in the position applied for is preferred, with at least one year of experience being an asset.
